Let Your Problems FLOAT Away…and Have a Great Summer!
Nashville, TN – Singer/Songwriter and Texas native Amber Leigh White released her new video for her single Float just in time for summer fun! You can watch Amber float her worries away HERE!
The bubbly and upbeat song, co-written by Amber, Hali Hicks and Red Marlow, emulates the perfect summer day. With lyrics like “It’s perfect weather, don’t get no better, bobbin’ up and down in an inner tube, baby, ain’t nothin’ I’d rather do,” everyone is sure to be singing along!
“Being able to release Float to Country Radio is a dream come true. Summer and floating down the Frio in Texas just go together! That’s the inspiration behind my song and it’s going to be fun,” an excited Amber said of her new release.
Amber is no stranger to working with some of Nashville’s top talents. She has penned songs with Blake Shelton (Ghost Of A Chance), Luke Bryan (You Make Me Want To) and many other Music City artists. The official Float video has already been retweeted by several country artists, including Jamey Johnson, Julie Roberts, Gwen Sebastian, Ronnie Milsap, Blake Shelton and the Oakridge Boys.
Amber Leigh White is the epitome of resiliency. The singer-songwriter, who lands somewhere between Americana and mainstream Country on the genre specter, has lived the stories of redemption and survival in which she sings. After a year of change, Amber has found her voice again through music. The album “Straight Lines,” written and produced by White, showcases a confident vocal range that infuses Nashville inspiration with her small town Texas roots and warm humanity. Always evolving, White remains honest to the core with a fierce strength in her soul, and that’s something that follows her wherever she goes.
