The New York Times Includes Bryan’s “Hard Drive Home” on Best Songs of 2017 List
Nashville, TN – Singer/Songwriter Bailey Bryan unveiled the official video for her acoustic, stripped-down version of “Go Tell It On The Mountain” (12/8), evoking “not only the celebration of the season but also the scenic area where she grew up” as it debuts on Rolling Stone. “Go Tell It On The Mountain’ is really special to me because it’s the first Christmas song I ever learned to play,” Bryan said. “When I lived in Washington, I would sit by the fire in our house and play that song at Christmastime after decorating the tree. It was a lot of fun to get to put my own spin on it.”
This week, The New York Times included Bryan on their all-genre 54 Best Songs of 2017 list, calling her “Hard Drive Home” “an outstanding song about heartbreak.”
