Nashville, TN – Bobby Bones is continuing his undeniable ascent, wrapping an incredible 2018 marked by noteworthy professional achievements as the “powerful” (Forbes) personality took on a series of significant new endeavors.

2018 brought the “media multitasker” (Billboard) to network television by joining ABC’s American Idol and Dancing With The Stars. After a successful four-episode stint working with the Top 24 American Idol hopefuls as they prepared to take the stage with their all-star celebrity duet partners, he joins the new season (premiering March 3) as in-house mentor throughout the entire competition. He’ll offer his extensive industry expertise helping contenders reach the next level of their artistry and performances. As a contestant on Season 27 of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, Bones and his partner Sharna Burgess beat out the 12 other competing teams to win the show and take home the coveted Mirrorball trophy. “His infectious charm” (ABC) resonated with viewers, earning Bones the title of “fan favorite” (Washington Post) as the duo danced their way to victory.

Additionally, Bones was part of the prestigious 2018 Kennedy Center Honors in Washington D.C. where he paid tribute to Reba McEntire, which is set to air on CBS Dec. 26 at 8/7 p.m. CT.

Continuing to reach millions of “fiercely devoted” (Washington Post) listeners with his popular radio show, iHeartMedia’s The Bobby Bones Show, Bones took on an elevated role with iHeartMedia as the Vice President/Creative of iHeartCountry. With the new deal, he’s working with iHeartMedia on joint ventures and new creative programming initiatives including executive producing his groundbreaking one-hour weekend program, Women of iHeartCountry. “One of the most powerful and popular radio DJs in country music — or any format, for that matter” (Nashville Lifestyles), he garnered a third ACM Award for National On-Air Personality of the Year and maintains a stronghold as the #1 Country morning show.

Earlier in the summer, Bones saw overwhelming response to his second book “FAIL UNTIL YOU DON’T: FIGHT. GRIND. REPEAT.” which debuted at #1 on the prestigious New York Times Best Seller list upon its June 19 release. “A primer on how Bones has methodically battled through his failures — and his fear of failing — to become host of the most popular country morning-radio show,” (PEOPLE) “FAIL UNTIL YOU DON’T: FIGHT. GRIND. REPEAT” is Bones’ second book to top the New York Times list, following his debut memoir “BARE BONES: I’M NOT LONELY IF YOU’RE READING THIS BOOK.”

Amidst all of Bones’ endeavors, “one thing he’s never failed to do is give back,” (Nashville Lifestyles),  as he continues to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and many other charitable causes. Bones’ latest Million Dollar Show benefitting St. Jude rapidly sold out, and the 2019 event followed suit, selling out in less than 30 minutes. Most recently, the iHeartRadio host helped raise almost $2 Million Dollars for St. Jude during a radiothon, propelling his tally for the cause to nearly $10 million. Bones is also a Board Member for Musicians On Call, an organization that helps deliver the healing power of live music to the bedsides of patients. He was presented with the organization’s Leadership in Music Award earlier this year, recognizing his impact and support for the organization.

The “jack-of-all trades” (ESPN) is also continuing on his “hilarious” (Tennessean) Red Hoodie Comedy Tour and unveiling new episodes of his popular podcast, BobbyCast, which features candid long-form interviews with top artists and industry figures.
