Set to Debut on CMT.com Friday, September 23, 2022
Nashville, TN – BoomTown Saints, country music’s rising duo signed to 8 Track Entertainment, is celebrating the release of their inaugural music video, “All Trucks Go To Heaven,” which premieres exclusively today on Taste of Country and debuts tomorrow, Friday, September 23, on CMT.com. Directed by Julian Mendoza, the stunning video was filmed outside of Nashville at Beech Grove Historic Venue. “All Trucks Go To Heaven” shipped to country radio in late August via Play MPE and has nearly 100,000 streams across all platforms to date.
“This is our first music video, and we are so proud of how it captures the emotion we both feel every time we play the song live,” remarked BoomTown Saints’ Chris Ramos. “It’s a hopeful song and a positive message that we feel most people can relate to.”
Thematically, the emotional clip follows the journey of a beloved truck as it is passed down through the generations. With soaring harmonies and a heartfelt delivery, the duo’s Chris Ramos and Ben Chism “provide a fresh twist on love and loss” (Taste of Country) and relate how what was once old can live on each time the keys change hands.
“All Trucks Go To Heaven,” penned by Taylor Phillips, Ben Stennis, Jeremy Bussey and produced by Grammy-award winner Noah Gordon and Gary Kraen, has been getting rave reviews from industry tastemakers since release. The “moving and gritty” country song (Digital Journal), was awarded the DISCovery Disc of the Day by MusicRow’s respected music critic Robert Oermann who described the recording as “brilliantly accomplished.”
Scotty Cameron, Program Director at KKMV/Twin Falls, Idaho said “‘All Trucks Go to Heaven’ is the perfect country song. It’s got loss and trucks all wrapped up in one. What’s more, my listeners love it too…” Likewise, Stan Soboleski, Program Director at WFRY/Watertown, New York, called the song a “heavenly gem that sounds great on the radio.”
When not on the road touring, BoomTown Saints have been busy writing and recording songs for their full-length album project scheduled for release in 2023. One of their tour stops this past summer included Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park at the NHRA U.S. Nationals premiere drag-racing event where they sang the National Anthem for thousands of race fans.
