New York, NY – Off the heels of her electrifying performance at Barefoot Country Music Festival, emerging country star CAROLYN MILLER delivers a heartwarming new song “Always Be Home,” available now on all streaming platforms. This is Miller’s fifth release this year. Listen HERE.
Penned by Miller, Trannie Anderson and Forrest Finn, “Always Be Home” is a humbling reminder that through the tribulations of life on the move, home lies with those you love. “Always Be Home” showcases Miller’s powerful and melodic vocals, smoothly blending pop elements with the authenticity and relatability of country music.
“This is a special song that I hope packs a lot of meaning for a lot of people” she explains. “This song was inspired by my parents’ move from New York to Florida during the pandemic. Even though a move can be emotional, it’s always reassuring knowing you have the one you love by your side. To those who moved around a lot, or who didn’t have much growing up except for each other, this one’s for you!”
Miller has had a fiery summer and shows no signs of slowing down. On Friday, Sept. 17, Miller will perform as part of the lineup for Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI. Then, on Thursday, Sept. 30, Miller is slated to open for the Eli Young Band at Mulcahy’s Pub and Concert Hall in Wantagh, NY. Tickets for both shows are available to purchase now at The Summerfest Store and TicketWeb, respectively.
In addition to performing at Barefoot Country Music Festival in late August, earlier this summer Miller made appearances at Carolina Country Music Festival, FarmJam Festival, performed the National Anthem at Citi Field (NY Mets) and opened for Lee Brice at New Jersey’s Stone Pony Summer Stage, later joining him to perform his ACM and CMA award-winning hit “I Hope You’re Happy Now” – watch HERE.
Miller took the digital world by storm earlier this year when her self-penned wedding song “When I Say I Do Today” went viral on TikTok, with over 2 million plays, and debuted on the iTunes Country charts at #3 and #4 in the USA, UK, and Australia (#19 all-genre). The music video also saw support from CMT. Streaming platforms have been eager to support the budding star, with her releases being featured in Spotify’s “New Music Nashville” and “Fresh Finds Country” playlists, Apple’s “Best New Tracks” and Pandora’s “Rising Women of Country”.
