After a week of cryptic tweets of pictures and videos, country Music’s beloved baritone, Chris Young, delivered some Yuletide cheer via a Facebook Live video.

Long time fans know the importance of Christmas to Young, whom not gets a bit giddy when the most wonderful time of year roles around. They also know that this is, technically, not the first time the RCA Nashville recording artist has recorded Christmas tunes – early in his career, Young recorded “O Holy Night” and a few other brief songs for a collaborative album. He’s also brought his love for the season on stage, having performed “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” on a live telecast:

And entranced audiences with an acoustic version of “New Kid in Town” at a private performance in 2013:

Young is even a co-writer on Kristian Bush’s 2015 Christmas release, “Thinking About Drinking for Christmas”:

No details on a release date yet, but the singer said to watch for updates. Consider us among his eager fans, ready to hear an incredible album.
