Nashville, TN — CMA “Entertainer Of The Year” Garth Brooks celebrated topping the charts on Saturday night (12/9) ahead of his first show of seven at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Brooks celebrated with industry friends and his team including Pearl Records, CMA, CRB, ASCAP, BMI, Ticketmaster and Amazon Music who helped host the party. Brooks’ poignant and “romantic power ballad” (LA Times), “Ask Me How I Know” hit the the top spot last week on both the Billboard and Country Aircheck/Mediabase Country Airplay charts and is also Brooks’ most streamed #1 single on Amazon Music Unlimited. The track is Brooks’ 20th No. One and the first songwriting cut by newcomer Mitch Rossell. Brooks’ stint in Nashville is the final run of the Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood. In a little over three years, the tour has sold over 6.4 million tickets, making it the biggest North American tour in history and the biggest American tour in the world.
