Nashville, TN – Genre-bending country duo After Midtown releases Don’t Give Away The Ending on all digital platforms today. Listen to the EP HERE. The vibrant seven-track EP is the first full project for the rising duo, comprised of Adam Ernst and Michael Rotundo, and follows their debut co-written single “Boys Like Us,” released last fall. Don’t Give Away The Ending includes songs by heavy-hitting writers like Ernest, Hardy, and Ben Hayslip along with a sultry collaboration with Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat on “If We Ain’t Us.”
“To us, the best part of this project was making music that we both loved and were proud of for the first time in our lives,” said Rotundo. “We feel like you hear all of our influences, and that these songs truly move the needle on what country music can sound like. Surrounding ourselves with a team who believed in the music and understood the vision was equally as important, and we are confident that we’ve found those people with our management, collaborators, and friends.”
Having launched their career during a global pandemic, After Midtown announced earlier this week that they have been signed by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for worldwide representation, and will be prepping to get back on the road to share new music with their fans live.
Don’t Give Away The Ending is produced by Austin Shawn and After Midtown’s own Adam Ernst.
