Country music outfit Velvet Rodeo released their debut full-length album, Back In The Saddle, today. Stream/buy HERE. Recorded in Nashville, TN, all tracks were written by members Bryan and Leah along with the critically acclaimed Lance Carpenter (Kelsea Ballerini), Jon Mullins (NBC’s The Voice), Matt Wynn (Phil Vassar) and more.
“Throughout life, we all experience either love or heartbreak. This album covers the whole spectrum. From telling our personal journey, to taking one more chance and finding true love. No matter if life throws you, you have to ‘get back in the saddle.’”
Formed in their home state of North Carolina over three years ago, the duo focused on cultivating an impressive local following before making the move to Nashville, TN, in 2022. Diving headfirst into the creative community in town, they threw on boots and landed multiple Broadway residences including Nudie’s and Second Fiddle while also frequenting The Stage, Legends and more. They have shared stages with Jelly Roll, Trailer Choir, Drew Baldridge and Whiskey Wolves of the West.
The pair combine the sound of both contemporary and classic country with harmonies as smooth as Carolina Honey. The duo draws inspiration from artists such as the Civil Wars, Lady A and Little Big Town. More information and full bio can be found HERE.
