Brice Donates A Portion of Ticket Sales
From His Label Me Proud Tour To Charity
Nashville, TN – Curb Records recording artist and prolific songwriter, Lee Brice, made his 26th appearance at The Opry Tuesday night. Playing to a packed house on one of Country music’s most sacred stages, Brice performed some of his biggest hits and fan favorite songs.
Brice has always held a special place in his heart for charity work – especially when it comes to honoring and supporting our service members and first responders. To give back to those who have sacrificed so much for us, Brice is donating a portion of the proceeds from his 2022 Label Me Proud Tour. Nearly $50,000 will be split between Folds of Honor (which provides life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military, and also families of American first responders) and Tunnels to Towers (which provides funding for families of first responders and injured or fallen military members).
Recently, Brice celebrated back-to-back #1 hits, “One of Them Girls” and “Memory I Don’t Mess With.” “One Of Them Girls,” written by Brice (SESAC), Ashley Gorley (ASCAP), Ben Johnson (BMI), and Dallas Davidson (BMI), hit number one on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in October 2020 and stayed atop the chart for three weeks. The song has been certified 3x Platinum and made history when it was awarded Song of the Year from SESAC, BMI, and ASCAP in 2021, marking the first time one song has won all three awards in a single year. “Memory I Don’t Mess With,” written by Brice, Billy Montana (BMI), and Brian Davis (BMI), became Brice’s ninth number one when it hit the top spot on the chart in October 2021 and was recently certified Platinum. Both songs were produced by Brice, Ben Glover, and Kyle Jacobs. Brice kicked-off the 2022 SESAC Awards this past October alongside Blanco Brown, performing Brice’s recently RIAA certified Gold single, “Soul.”
