American Hat Co., Cactus Ropes, Modern Cowboy & Motorsports Safety Group
Endorse IPRA-Sanctioned Rodeo & LIVE Country Music Entertainment Event
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Kolt Barber (Maverick Management/Barbed Wire Entertainment) has announced newly formed alliances with American Hat Co., Cactus Ropes, Modern Cowboy and Motorsports Safety Group to support and endorse the Kolt Barber American Cowboy Showdown (ACS). The companies have joined the American country music traditionalist and music business vet to take rodeo action and LIVE country music entertainment on the road in 2021.
Combining his heartfelt passions, Barber marries his dedication to the lifestyle and devotion to the land with his love for music. The American Cowboy Showdown (sanctioned by the IPRA) embraces, and caters to, the blue collar, AG, farming, ranching and trucking communities, and lifestyle. With many events contracted to date (and more being secured throughout the remainder of the year), the Southeast leg of the tour is set to launch in June.
“The American Cowboy Showdown is a fun-filled, family and community event that caters to an all-American lifestyle,” Barber said. “The early alliances with like-minded organizations, such as American Hat Co., Cactus Ropes, Modern Cowboy and Motorsports Safety Group, keeps with our goal to support and continue the tradition, and extend the health and livelihood of the sport. We are very excited in these partnerships.”
“Motorsports Safety Group (MSG) is committed to promoting safety and engaging technologies to help prevent, diagnose, and treat brain and spinal cord injuries that are inherent in all levels of high contact sports and sports-related head injury,” introduced Dr. Jason Cormier, Motorsports Safety Group. “Rodeo is a high-risk sport and its participants are subject to sports-related injuries, including mild to severe brain trauma. This partnership represents a mutual commitment to providing safer avenues and an educational exchange to equip the competitors with information that can help extend careers and enhance a healthier lifestyle. MSG is very excited in this opportunity; we welcome future relations and involvement with the American Cowboy Showdown and its loyal following.”
“The American Cowboy Showdown directly aligns with the very nature of our business, to provide quality product, and to cater to and fortify the ‘Cowboy’ lifestyle and the heritage on which our country was built. We are pleased to align with the endeavor,” Keith Mundee, President, American Hat Co., said.
“The cowboy hat is the most recognized symbol in the world and signifies a frontier spirit and an all-American lifestyle. Our hope is to revive this sentiment. Now more than ever, we all need it; it’s important,” added Barber.
