It’s fairly common practice for musicians to pay tribute to their idols – the ones that they look up to for the inspiration and strength to move forward along in their own career. Illinois native Aileeah Colgan is no different and has creatively used her new video for her single “Country Scene” as a way to pay her respects to the legends by recreating classic album covers.
The video starts off with a retro-tube TV set with the following message rolling on the screen:
“Dedicated to Country Music’s Finest. Your music has been so influential to my life …
I feel like you are a part of me. With love, Aileeah”
There’s Reba. Shania. Garth. Miranda. Willie. Dolly. Loretta. And even Conway and Cash. The video is almost like a “Where’s Waldo?” of country music albums as the viewer’s memory kicks in at each album’s unveiling.
Oh, and the song is catchy too!

(and if Aileeah looks familiar… that’s because she was featured in Cole Swindell’s lyric video for “Should’ve Ran After You“!)
