Trio’s Single “Drinkin’ Problem” is Fastest-Rising Big Machine Records’ Debut to Date
NASHVILLE, TN – Lauded by Entertainment Weekly as “10 New Artists Who Will Rule 2017,” MIDLAND builds anticipation for a full length release as their debut single “Drinkin’ Problem” entered the Top 20 at Country radio this week. The Texan trio – Mark Wystrach, Cameron Duddy and Jess Carson – continue to accumulate a steady following traversing coast to coast with their retro-modern sound. Their freshman effort marks the fastest-rising single ever released by Big Machine Records since the label’s inception more than a decade ago.
Midland reached another milestone this week with their debut on the Pandora Trendsetters Chart. The all-genre chart consists of the Top 20 artists that listeners have been using to create the highest number of stations from over the past week, and reflects which up-and-coming artists are currently trending on the platform.
Midland will join Tim McGraw and Faith Hill at the end of the month for Canadian dates of their acclaimed SOUL2SOUL WORLD TOUR. They’ll spend the summer at select fairs and festivals before joining Kenny Chesney for shows in August. Full details and more information available at MidlandOfficial.com.
