Multi-platinum selling recording artist Sara Evans competed against Todd Chrisley and their respective families on the season two finale of ABC’s hit show Celebrity Family Feud Sunday night. During the episode, hosted by Steve Harvey, Sara competed with her four siblings Jay Evans, Matt Evans, Lesley Lyons, and Ashley Simpson and went toe-to-toe against the Chrisley family ultimately winning during the “Fast Money” round. Sara was playing for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and will donate her $25,000 winnings to them. Fans can check out a behind-the-scenes webisode of Sara’s time on the show with her family and the Chrisley’s here.

“I had SO much fun on (and winning!) Celebrity Family Feud with my brothers and sisters,” said Sara. “Clearly my brother Jay is the smart one of the family for getting 190 points during the “Fast Money” round! The part that makes victory the sweetest is the fact that we were able to donate $25,000 to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital to help continue the amazing work they do saving lives.”

Sara recently signed with the Concord Music Group, and will release her next album on Sugar Hill Records. Evans has already begun working on her label debut, which will be her eighth studio album overall, planned for release early next year.

Evans released her critically acclaimed seventh studio album Slow Me Down in 2014, which debuted at #2 on the Country Album Chart and landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart, winning over fans and media alike, being dubbed her best album to date. She has garnered numerous accolades over the course of her stellar career, including the Academy of Country Music’s Top Female Vocalist honor and the Country Music Association’s Video of the Year for her hit chart-topping single, “Born to Fly” from her double-platinum album of the same name.
