crystal dayRising country artist Crystal Day is celebrating the release of a brand new music video for her song “Brave.” The song, which is the title track of her current EP, spotlights the courage of those that are affected by cancer and military sacrifice. The emotional video is available today on YouTube.

“There’s just so much complexity and a universal message in this song,” says Day, who grew up singing the National Anthem at her father’s racetrack in Virginia. “It’s one of my favorite songs to sing live. It means a lot to me because I currently have family members in the military and fighting cancer.”

Fans of the video can purchase the song on iTunes here.

In addition to “Brave,” Crystal’s EP features four other songs that evoke the very best of her musical influences, which include power female vocalists like Shania Twain and Katy Perry. The project was produced by Biff Watson (Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw) and highlights Crystal’s soaring vocals and impressive range. It has been garnering positive reviews since its release earlier this year.

“Crystal Day is a great example of the talent that has come from Virginia. She showcases tremendous range in each song she sings. I expect her to quickly climb the country music ladder to success. She is welcomed back to the station anytime.”
