Nashville, Tenn. – Outlaw country artist Creed Fisher has released the official music video for his single “People Like Me” off his most recent album release, How Country Music Sounded Before It All Went to Shit, Vol. 1. The video is available here, while the single is available on all streaming services here.

Written by Jeffery Easter, Sherri Easter, and Paul Overstreet, “People Like Me” is a song for the hardworking soul of America, who Fisher understands all too well since he worked as a journeyman electrician for seven years while trying to get his music career off the ground. Today, he is selling out shows but still remembers what it was like to be a blue-collar American. He chose to film this music video in a place close to his heart, past, and hometown fans – his hometown bar, Billy’s Ice in New Braunfels, TX.

The music video captures the good times both Fisher, his fans, and his friends and family have when surrounded by good country music. Produced by Marc Coronado, the video takes viewers behind the scenes and into a Creed Fisher high energy show. It showcases the Creed Fisher concert experience, from the band’s pre-show rituals to taking the stage in a packed honky-tonk, all the while also focusing on the best part of Creed’s music, the hardworking, everyday fans who make this song and his success possible.

A music video explicitly created with the fans in mind, Fisher remarks on the filming of the video“I wanted a video that was dedicated to my fans. This song is named “People Like Me,” so I wanted a video with my fans showing the mutual love and respect we have for each other. This world can be cruel and unaccepting; however, when you’re at a Creed Fisher show, you will always feel a positive and accepting vibe, and we wanted to capture just that in this video. We all work hard day in and out no matter what job we have, and we want everyone to come out, let the grips of the real world be released, and have a good time with good people. I was surrounded by people like me.”

Currently, Creed Fisher is on tour with his most recent album release, How Country Music Sounded Before It All Went to Shit, Vol. 1, and is experiencing success at Texas radio. With his last three albums debuting in the Top 5 on iTunes, Fisher hopes his new upcoming album Whiskey and the Dog will continue to help him defy the odds.

Creed recently released a new single and lyric video, “Jesus, Haggard & Jones,” off his forthcoming new album, due out later this year.  With over 22 million combined streams on Spotify and over 17 million views on YouTube with past releases, “Life of A Workin’ Man” (here), “The Way That I Am” (here), and “This Place Called USA” (here), Texas-born and bred country artist Creed Fisher is gearing up for the release of a new album, due out later this year.

Like a steely-eyed gunslinger from a Sergio Leone western, he is a man of few words and lets his music tell his story. Fisher has never been one to sell his soul to trends. Keeping it real means writing songs that real people can relate to; the good, bad, and even the ugly. His previous singles, “Rock & Roll Man,” “Be the Hope,” “I’m Growing Older, But I’m Not Growing Up,” and “A Few Good Ol’ Cowboys” all hit Top 10, Top 25, or Top 30 on the Texas Charts. He was also named the BigStar97 Outlaw Country artist of the Year in 2018.

Today, Fisher has upped the ante, joining forces with renegade record label Dirt Rock Empire for the release.
