Nashville, TN – Dynamic vocalist and Team Blake Champion of NBC’s “The Voice,” Sundance Head, released his new single, “Close Enough To Walk” to Country radio Monday (4/1). The song, from his STAINED GLASS AND NEON album, out earlier this year and produced by iconic singer/songwriter/producer Dean Dillon, is the second single from the Texas native’s debut release for Dillon’s Wildcatter Records.
“Close Enough To Walk,” which Sundance regards as one of his favorites, was co-written with celebrated songwriter, Bobby Tomberlin and was inspired by something Sundance said during an argument with his wife. She immediately stopped the argument and suggested that he “go write that song.” The grit and sincerity in his voice are apparent as he sings the universally relatable lyric, “You don’t have to drive me crazy, I’m close enough to walk.”
