the award-winning singer-songwriter continues to be a country music mainstay

In the 20th anniversary of the release of her multi-platinum debut album Did I Shave My Legs For This?, which has sold over 5 million copies worldwide, Deana Carter continues to push creative boundaries with her highly personal songwriting and signature blend of country and retro-rock.

Deana Carter is a GRAMMY® Award-winning artist and songwriter with multiple No. 1 hits, including the iconic “Strawberry Wine” and “We Danced Anyway.” She co-wrote the 2010 chart-topper “You and Tequila,” which was recorded by Kenny Chesney and received two GRAMMY® nods as well as CMA and ACM “Song of the Year” nominations. Carter also collaborated with Charles Esten to write a song for the hit-television show, Nashville.
