NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Even though rising country artist Drew Parker hasn’t been in Nashville for that long, he is already signing his second publishing deal with River House Artists. With writing credits including major hit’s like Luke Combs’ “1, 2 Many,” “Lonely One,” and “Nothing Like You,” as well as Jake Owen’s most recent No. 1 “Homemade,” it is no wonder that Parker has assembled a dream team around him. In addition to being signed with River House Artists, Parker has enlisted Make Wake Artists, CAA, 117 Publicity, King Business Management and Riholz Levy Fields, LLP.
“Writing and creating country music is the best job in the world. When you get to do it with folks that are like family it makes it that much better. It’s probably very clichè to say this but, for me, writing at River House is like writing at home. From Zebb giving me my first couch to sleep on in town 5 years ago, to Lynn hearing me play a writers round 3 years ago and believing in me, the River House team has always supported my dreams. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my River House family,” said Parker.
“Drew is an incredible songwriter and even better person. I feel so lucky to have met him early on and find such success so quickly. We are just getting started, cheers to many more years together!” said Lynn Oliver-Cline, Founder of River House Artists.
When touring starts back up again, Parker is set to open for Luke Combs on his “What You See Is What You Get” tour in 2021. He has been busy writing throughout quarantine and is gearing up to release highly anticipated fan-favorite “While You’re Gone” on August 14. For more information, check out Parker’s website.
