Some of the participating breweries include: Backstreet Bewery, Bootlegger’s Brewery, Modern Times, Left Coast, and Two Towns Ciderhouse. Saturday’s headliner is Chase Rice, whose new album Lamb & Lions debuts November 17th. Fans will be looking forward to Rice singing some of his singles such as “Ready Set Roll”, “Gonna Wanna Tonight”, and “Jack Daniels and Jesus”. Just before Rice is Battle Creek, Michgan’s own Frankie Ballard. Ballard brings the ideal mix of country and rock ‘n roll. With his hit singles “Helluva Life”, “Sunshine & Whiskey”, and “Young & Crazy”, Ballard will have fans dancing at the beach! Season Three winner of The Voice Cassadee Pope will also be on the stage Saturday, along with the talented group A Thousand Horses. Kicking off Saturday’s festivities will be Mark Mackay, Caroline Jones, and Lit.
Sunday’s lineup is not going to leave fans disappointed! Closing down the festival is country music heartthrob Kip Moore. Moore recently released his third studio album Slowhearts and festival goers will be looking forward to hearing a mix of new songs and some of the classic Moores songs such as “Beer Money”, “Somethin’ About a Truck”, and “Hey Pretty Girl”. CMA Vocal Duo Of The Year nominees Dan + Shay will take the stage before Moore. The pair hit it off when they met and haven’t stopped making music since, including hit singles “Nothin’ Like You”, “From the Ground Up”, and “How Not To”. Sunday also features the incredible female artists Maddie & Tae and RaeLynn. The other opening acts for Sunday are Cannan Smith and Gethen Jenkins.
A portion of the proceeds from Driftwood will be donated to the San Onofre Parks Foundation. They are a California non-profit that cooperatively works with California State Parks to develop, preserve, and enhance the experience at California coastal parks.
