Country artist Amy Jack is kicking off the year with a brand-new single that pays homage to the people in our lives who always have our backs. “Who The Real Ones Are” showcases a beautiful, haunting melody that features lyrics written by Amy alongside Dennis Morgan and was produced by Grammy Award winner Ron Thaler. Appropriately releasing on the pre-Valentine’s Day holiday dubbed Galentine’s Day, which celebrates female friendships, “Who The Real Ones Are” is the first release of the year for Amy after a successful string of singles last year. Known for a wide range of song subjects and melodies that get stuck in your head, “Who The Real Ones Are” shows off a softer side of Amy’s artistry with a beautiful production that highlights her talent for storytelling and captivating vocals.
A lover of classic country and true fan of the genre, Amy has used her music to pay homage to those who came before her as highlighted on her debut album Introducing Amy Jack, which was produced by country music legend and GRAMMY-Award winning artist Merle Haggard. Featuring a cover of Haggard’s “Got Lonely Too Early,” Amy co-wrote ten of the tracks on the album as she has done with all of her singles since. The proud Oklahoma native and avid sports fan has had multiple songs featured across major TV networks including FOX Sports and ESPN and even sang the National Anthem at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Arizona Cardinals Christmas Day football game in 2022.
Since her debut record, Amy has released fan-favorite and inspirational tracks such as “LA’s Calling My Name,” “God Has His Little Ways” and “Stay Breezy Baby,” alongside a holiday album last year titled Red Bird Little Red Bird, featuring seven original Christmas songs, all co-written by Amy. With the release of “Who The Real Ones Are” Amy is kicking off 2024 right with the promise of much more music to come.
