With her newest album due to arrive on September 28, Kendall Gary has given fans an in-depth look into the album’s lead single “Head Held High” as well as some behind the scenes info about its music video via her “About The Song” video.
A personal song to Gary, “Head Held High” addresses the impact of bullying and the positivity of telling those to keep their “head held high”:
“I think it’s kind of an anthem in the sense where I want people to listen to it and relate to it and know that no matter what happens to them and no matter what people say, that they should never be discouraged and they should keep going and to always keep their head held high. Because in the end you’re amazing and you should never let anybody push you down.” – Kendall Gary
