As Missouri-based country artist Travis Feutz spent his childhood days on his family’s farm listening to the AM country radio station, his desire to be a country artist began subconsciously taking root. Now, Feutz is gearing up to release his debut EP, Country Music Forever, introducing himself to the country world with tracks that harken back to the days of nostalgic storytelling songwriting like he heard on that AM radio. The album also pays tribute to one of Country’s biggest icons, George Jones, and honors the classic country duet with its lead single “Missouri Line” featuring Crystal Leigh premiering exclusively today with The Country Note.
“‘Missouri Line’ is that song that comes on the jukebox when you’re down to your last broken heart,” says Feutz. Joined by Leigh, the song tells the story of how no matter how low things can go, just when you think you hit rock bottom, love will bring solace and relief.
