With a career that has spanned over two decades and two countries, Anthony Von‘s style of retro country is fresh with nods to the Canadian artist’s influences of Conway Twitty, Marty Robbins, Jerry Lee Lewis and Roy Orbison. This past summer, the country crooner released “I’m Going to Memphis,” the lead single off his debut album SHOULDA COULDA WOULDA and today he’s premiering his new holiday tune “I’m Coming Home For Christmas” exclusively with The Country Note.
“In the making of my album SHOULDA COULDA WOULDA, I thought it would be a great idea to compliment the album with a new Christmas single,” says Von. “Being a big fan of classic Christmas standards, I came up with the idea of writing a song that would best describe how Christmas is that special time of the year where families long to be together, especially those who are away from home. I love the holiday spirit and this song speaks to all things Christmas for me.”
