As cliché as it may seem, there is a strong truth behind the eight simple words: “Hell hath no fury as a woman scorned.” If you lie and cheat, you better expect what’s coming to you, especially if Hadley Park has anything to do with it! Their witty revenge song “Another Bottle of Wine” has been hitting the airwaves on Sirius XM The Highway since February and on Friday, May 12, the pair released the song’s music video.
Named after their daughters Hadley and Parker who were born only four-days apart, the duo of Morgan Leigh Garner and Courtney Dashe are quite the singer/songwriter pair. They have harmonies that spark similarities as well as the wit of The Pistol Annies with a generous amount of Sunny Sweeney thrown in. It takes a certain type of sass to write a song about the ultimate, albeit illegal, revenge on a cheating partner with such lighthearted cleverness.
