Today, The Iowa-born, Nashville-based singer/songwriter Hailey Whitters released her new single “The Days” from her forthcoming album The Dream to be released later this year.

Having now lived nine hours and twelve years from my family in Iowa, I’ve often wrestled with the feeling of missing out… birthdays, holidays, coffee on the porch with mom, skeet shooting on Sundays with Dad, getting older with siblings, watching my high school friends raise their babies,” explains Whitters. “ I know I’m where I’m supposed to be right now, but it’s something I’ve had to come to terms with by being here in Nashville. The new single follows the release of “Ten Year Town,” Whitters’ first new music in 4 years.
