Nashville, Tenn. – Today, Nashville Singer-songwriter Hannah May Allison releases her new single, “Plenty of Friends,” a song about not wanting to remain friends with an ex after breaking up. Written with Kenzie Palmer, and produced by Zachary Manno, “Plenty of Friends” will be Hannah May’s first single release of 2021.
The acoustic pop/country single is HMA’s response to the classic break-up line, “But can we still be friends?”—a line that many of us have heard at one point or another after being dumped. HMA says that, “Although Plenty of Friends sends a strong and independent message about moving on, underneath it expresses the pain of a breakup.”
Hannah also released the official lyric video today for “Plenty of Friends” – watch below:
“Plenty of Friends” can be found on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and more here.
