Home Free Helps Raise Awareness For Texas’ Smaller Communities In Need of Hurricane Relief

While much of the media coverage has focused on Houston and other cities in Texas that have been destroyed by the power of Hurricane Harvey, there are many other smaller communities that have not received the same attention, and therefore not the same level of relief efforts. So in an effort to help out Texas’ smaller communities, the amazingly talented a cappella group HOME FREE has created a YouCaring page to help raise funds for these victims of Hurricane Harvey. Donations will specifically benefit the areas of Beaumont and its surrounding communities.

Bandmate Tim Foust is a native of Nederland, TX, and his bandmates are proud to stand with him to help fellow Texans in need.

The band donated $20,000.00 to get things started and challenged their fans to match that amount.

Their fans came through above and beyond, delivering more than the band could have ever expected. As of today, the total amount raised is over $60,000, resulting in the goal amount being raised to hit $100,000 by September 29.
