Nashville, Tennessee — Backstage Access Presents recently concluded its inaugural Napa Valley experience, delivering a dynamic, multi-format gathering that brought together artists, industry leaders, brand partners, and tastemakers for an immersive celebration of music, culture, and connection.

Set against the backdrop of Napa Valley’s world-renowned wineries and estates, the event featured standout performances and appearances from Parker McCollum, Shinedown, Ty Myers, The 502s, Grace Potter, George Birge, Thelma & James, Maggie Rose, Liam St. John, Hannah Dasher, along with Garrett Bradford, Julia Cole, Allie Colleen, Dalton Davis, Ian Flanigan, Kylie Frey, Bradley Gaskin, Erin Grand, Jacob Hackworth, Jake Hoot, Brett Kissel, Kruse Brothers, Alex Lambert, Lace & Lee, Alannah McCready, Madden Metcalf, Morgan Myles, Emily Ann Roberts, Charly Reynolds, Cooper Riley, Tom Siletto, Matt Stell, Cyndi Thomson, Kalsey Kulyk, Vi, Dee White, FILMORE, Sacha, and XOLEX, representing a wide range of musical styles and audiences.

Designed as an intentionally intimate and experience-driven event, Backstage Access Presents: Napa Valley created an environment where artists and industry could engage organically, removing traditional barriers and fostering authentic relationships across genres and roles. From acoustic sets and collaborative performances to curated wine tastings, chef-driven meals, and immersive conversations, the event reflected how music is truly discovered and shared in today’s landscape.

“In a time where the lines between genres, platforms, and audiences continue to blur, creating space for real connection is more important than ever,” says Bobbii Jacobs, Founder of Backstage Access Presents. “What we experienced in Napa was exactly that…artists connecting with new audiences, industry discovering new talent, and relationships forming in a way that simply doesn’t happen in traditional settings.”

Throughout the three-day event, attendees participated in a series of curated experiences designed to encourage collaboration and discovery, including intimate performances at premier Napa Valley wineries, industry-focused gatherings, and shared moments that emphasized both artistry and community. The format allowed artists to be experienced beyond a single stage, giving industry professionals and tastemakers a deeper understanding of each artist’s voice, story, and potential.

More than a showcase, Backstage Access Presents: Napa Valley served as a catalyst for future opportunities, sparking new creative collaborations, business conversations, and cross-format partnerships that will continue to evolve well beyond the event itself.

Produced by Wildflower Entertainment, Backstage Access Presents builds on the momentum of its inaugural Heartland event in 2025, which combined music, agriculture, and purpose while raising over $100,000 for the Iowa State University Foundation in support of mental wellness resources for farmers and ranchers.

With its successful Napa Valley debut, Backstage Access Presents continues to establish itself as a forward-thinking platform for music discovery and industry connection, with additional destinations and experiences to be announced in the coming months.
