NASHVILLE, TN – Independent artist and songwriter Paulina Jayne and Girl King Co., LLC, a Nashville-based management firm, has received a huge nod from one of the world’s premier automakers, Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company Fund provided Paulina with a monetary sponsorship and has selected her and her team as spokespeople to promote its nonprofit Ford Driving Skills for Life (FDSFL) program. The selection followed a thorough vetting process, not only of the artist, both professionally and personally, but also of the principals of Girl King Co. comprised of Paulina Jayne, Tess Davies and Stevie Palmer. Public service announcements and videos for the Ford program will be created by Paulina Jayne featuring safety tips on the road as she tours in one of her Ford automobiles, a 15 passenger Ford Transit Van which accommodates her band. Ford’s decision to affiliate the company’s important nonprofit program with Paulina Jayne and Girl King Co. is not only a significant endorsement of the artist and her team, but also demonstrates the company’s steadfast belief in their success and relevance in the music industry for years to come. Considering their background, it is also a natural association.
Paulina’s single, “Love’s Gonna Always Win,” has racked-up approximately 400,000 streams and was added on 62 radio stations in 19 countries. Robert Oermann of MusicRow magazine presented her song the Music Row DISCovery Award adding that, “this record has an audio delight around every corner.” Another recent single, “Country Music Everywhere,” was added to more than 25 Spotify playlists, the highlights being Release Radar and Discover Weekly. The attention she received from online streams coupled with her high intensity live performances ultimately caught the attention of Ford Motor Company and landed her the sponsorship. In addition, Paulina was recently extended the honor of becoming a celebrity ambassador for the national nonprofit organization, Miss Amazing, which empowers girls and women with disabilities.
