“’Slippery Slope’ was written years ago in a writers room with two hilarious friends of mine, Roxie Dean and Robin Lee,” said Jamie. “In between cuttin’ up, we managed to write a fun uptempo song about two reckless, young lovers…oh to be that young and stupid again!”

Jamie rocketed into the country music mainstream 25 years ago with her #1 singles “There Is No Arizona” and “When I think About Angels” leading a string of hit songs, platinum albums, four GRAMMY nominations and the Academy of Country Music’s “Top New Female Vocalist” award.

The 10-song Gypsum collection includes six songs co-written by Jamie along with a host of her best friends and writing partners. Jamie produced the album with her husband Rodney Good, who also recorded and mixed all 10 songs.
