NASHVILLE, TN — Jesse Labelle releases his new single “My Last Broken Heart” TODAY and will be hosting a release party TONIGHT at his 24th Listening Room concert to celebrate. Purchase tickets here.
Prior to his 23 sold out in advance shows at the venue, Labelle did 104 live stream TRL shows during the pandemic reaching a large worldwide audience. Due to the demand of his Team Labelle fans, he resumed this bi-weekly show on June 22, 2022.
Labelle is back after a series of set backs that he overcame during the pandemic: he lost his home to the 2020 tornado, lost his touring income and then successfully beat a cancer diagnosis. Two years ago when we all optimistically hoped the pandemic would only last a couple of weeks, Labelle submitted and won the “Nashville Needs A Song” contest sponsored by the City of Nashville and the Nashville Songwriters’ Association International (NSAI) with his song, “Looking Up.” Now that things are finally “Looking Up,” this song is resonating and connecting with audiences everywhere. A “Looking Up” video is on TikTok.
Labelle meshes modern country music with classic country lyrics and high energy guitar playing to deliver an unforgettable live performance whenever he takes the stage. Jesse’s souring vocals and energetic stage show have landed him opening spots for many stars including Garth Brooks, Keith Urban, Eric Church, Jason Aldean and Brooks & Dunn. As venues open up again, Jesse has successfully worked locally in Nashville. In addition to his sold out Listening Room shows, he recently sold out 3rd & Lindsley and the Bluebird Cafe for their 40th anniversary. Whether in a stadium, theater or club, Labelle keeps audiences on their feet and wanting more!! Appearing at Stagecoach, the largest festival in the U.S., accelerated the momentum of his live performance. It was the first of many concert events on his bucket list that is leading to many new upcoming surprise performances in 2022 that will be announced shortly. In 2021 Labelle released his self-titled EP, “Jesse Labelle – Part 1” that featured tracks “Flashback” and “Looking Up.” 2022 will find the release of not only new singles, but also the “Jesse Labelle – Part 2” EP. Labelle has created a vast amount of new material by co-writing with Nashville’s premier songwriters over the last two years and he wants to bring these new songs to his live show to share with his Team Labelle fans.
