On December 1, John Denver: The Windstar Greatest Hits will be made available on vinyl and digital services, with a blue vinyl edition sold exclusively at Cracker Barrel Stores. This greatest hits package features eleven of Denver’s most beloved songs including “Calypso,” “Annie’s Song” and “Take Me Home, Country Roads.” These versions were re-recorded by Denver in the ’90s.
Additionally, Denver’s 1994 biography Take Me Home is now available on Kindle and paperback, while the Audible.com audiobook is read by Denver himself, and The Woody Guthrie Center, in conjunction with The Grammy Museum, is hosting an exhibit of Denver memorabilia. The exhibit includes stage costumes, handwritten lyrics, personal photographs among other items and is running through early 2018. Additional information is HERE.
For fans travelling through The Denver International Airport, Denver will be the subject of an exhibition curated alongside the Colorado Music Hall of Fame. The exhibition runs through mid-October 2017; for more information see HERE.
