NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Rising Country artist Jordan Rowe returns with new music with the good-timing track “5:00 In The Country,” available everywhere today. A tip of the hat to Jimmy Buffett and Alan Jackson’s “It’s 5 O’ Clock Somewhere,” Rowe puts a Countryfied twist on the common cocktail hour phrase blending it with traditional Country, Rock, and Gospel elements. Co-written by Rowe, Driver Williams and Hunter Phelps and released via River House Artists, Rowe’s new single makes you want to kick off your work boots after putting in the blue-collar forty and switch gears to a down-home weekend in a small town.

“New music is long overdue, and I’m excited to get the ball rolling again with ‘5:00 In The Country.’ I was looking for a sound that stands out in the crowd, and we even added a Gospel choir to it to help us get there. Not to mention, the choir is wearing camouflage robes because well, it ain’t 5:00 in the city,” Rowe playfully shares. “I hope y’all have fun ‘trading your work boots for your playing kind’ and cranking this one up!”
Marking the first release since his Aug. 2021 critically acclaimed debut project, Bad Case of the Good Ole Boy, the “promising young talent” (Rolling Stone) has notched over 7M streams post-release. The freshman body of work, complete with features from some of Country music’s hottest rising talents and the genre’s biggest legends, garnered Rowe praise from Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, Country Now, CMT and more.
Staking his claim as a “small-town-born country upstart with an earnest voice” (CMT), the “gritted artist with a story to tell” (American Songwriter) continues to perform across the U.S. as he takes the stage with Cody Johnson tonight, 7/29, at Propst Arena in Huntsville, Ala. With more tour plans to be announced soon, fans can keep up with Rowe at jordanroweofficial.com or follow him on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube @jordanrowemusic.
