Breakout singer/songwriter Jordana Bryant released her debut EP Last First today, Friday, May 7. The uplifting multi-track features six songs with Jordana serving as a co-writer on all of the songs. The music video for the title track, “Last First,” enjoyed an exclusive, worldwide premiere with People Country earlier today.
“Last First” completes the love story trilogy that started out in “This Love” and grew in “Not Sayin’” Jordana shared with People Country, “This love story trilogy is a big part of my first EP … titled “Last First”. I love the double meaning, as this EP will always be my “last first” EP!”
The Pennsylvania native’s extensive vocal range and impressive songwriting shines from start to finish throughout the EP. Her debut single “This Love” expertly captures the excitement at the beginning of a relationship. The next two songs on the EP continue to build on the evolution of a relationship, showcasing a vivid recollection of all the feelings that come with a first love. The EP also includes brand new songs “Little Ol’ Me” and “Clueless” that highlight Jordana’s mature vocals and undeniable starpower.
In 2020, Jordana gained tens of thousands of followers on Instagram just by sharing videos of covers on YouTube. Her viral covers of songs from Shawn Mendes and Why Don’t We racked up over 2.1 and 1.4 million views, respectively. Soon after, Jordana released her debut single “This Love,” which has already garnered over 140K global streams to date. With the release of her debut EP and additional projects already in the works, the 15-year-old’s lyricism, talent and work ethic show maturity well beyond her years.
