The 15-year-old singer/songwriter’s latest track
shares a timely and heartfelt message
Country music singer-songwriter Jordana Bryant has released an original new song and video, “Virtually Next To You” today Tuesday, February 2. A breakout talent in 2020, the Pennsylvania native has garnered over 3.7 million views on YouTube sharing her performances of both acoustic covers and original songs. With influences including Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Garth Brooks, Jordana was inspired to write “Virtually Next To You” as a message of hope and encouragement to those feeling lonely or down during the challenges of the past year.
“I wrote this song after FaceTiming one of my best friends whom I hadn’t seen in months, feeling sad that I couldn’t see her in person like before, but also feeling so grateful that we were able to still be together virtually,” Jordana shared about the track. “So, I wrote this song as a message for people to share with friends and family that they’re missing to remind them that even if they can’t see each other in person, they can still be together virtually.”
Jordana co-wrote her debut single, “This Love” alongside GRAMMY-award winner Seth Mosley and Jesse Lee, no.1 hit songwriter for Kelsea Ballerini (“Peter Pan”) and Brett Young (“Like I Loved You”). Released in October 2020, her debut release has accumulated over 80,000 global streams and counting. Jordana’s current single, “Not Sayin’” can be heard spinning on Spotify’s Official New Music Nashville playlist, and the official music video was featured by CMT. With the world at her feet, Bryant hopes her music can be a saving grace to everyone who listens.
