This video will then be released on her YouTube page Thursday, August 24, 2017 as well as on The Country Network. Check your local listings for TV affiliate and scheduled air times.
Written by Capogrossi herself, Busch Light Budget depicts situations she and her friends are all too familiar with; couch-coin finding, bonfires and of course, cheap beer. The relatable lyrics have been well received by country radio and industry personnel. Renowned music critic Robert K. Oermann commented on her vocals by saying “perky and pert, this gal has a saucy lilt in her delivery.”
The official music video shines the spotlight on Capogrossi’s favorite way to spend her summer days in Nashville. Like the song, it’s the memories that matter, not the price tag. “My friends and I always make the most out of every situation. What we are doing doesn’t matter as long as we are together,” says Capogrossi. “Shooting this video felt so natural. It really captures my idea of a perfect summer day with my friends.” The video was shot and directed by Josh Lockhart with J. Lockhart Media. Lockhart had worked on videos with Dolly Parton and Lady Antebellum as well as being the assistant director on the Old Dominion videos for Snapback and Break Up With Him.
