Following Exclusive Premiere with American Songwriter
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Up-and-comer Kelsey Lamb has released her bubbly new single “Say It Again” – available now on all digital platforms. The tune – which showcases the giddiness felt when newly in love – premiered exclusively with American Songwriter Thursday (9/17). Written by Lydia Dall, Morgan Johnston, and Joe Tounge, the song caught Lamb’s ear when she first heard it at a writer’s round two years ago.

“I was just like, ‘oh my gosh, that is the cutest song I’ve ever heard,’ and I wish I’d written it,” Lamb told American Songwriter. “I thought that I could probably go write a song like that, but it wouldn’t be the same. I just loved the way that it popped and the story that it told, and I was kind of newly into my relationship at the time, so it just made me feel all the right things at the right time.”
The new track follows her recent release “Where Do You Go,” a song that Sounds Like Nashville praised for the “honest lyrics” and “powerful chorus.” Earlier this year, Lamb released “Talk To Me,” which left “listeners feeling empowered” (The Boot) as she encouraged those in relationships to be brave in their vulnerability. An aptly stripped-down video accompanied the song and premiered exclusively with Wide Open Country in April.
In addition to her music credits, the multi-talented Lamb is also an experienced actress, having appeared in UPtv’s A Very Country Christmas, sci-fi thriller Trailer Park Shark and Lifetime original movie Bad Stepmother.
