LOUISA, Ky. – Kentucky State Representative Jill York is set to dedicate a section of the Country Music Highway (HWY 23 in Eastern Kentucky) on Friday to The Voice (Season 8 / Team Blake) contestant Kelsie May. Kelsie is a native of the region, and has been building a steady following over the past four years since her national television debut on NBC.

The unveiling of the State highway sign and the dedication of a portion of the Country music Highway in Kelsie’s honor will occur at 11:30am ET at the intersection of Highway 23 and County Road 3 just East of downtown Louisa, Ky at 50 Falls Creek Dr, Louisa, Ky 41230. (Landmarks: Exxon, Baskin-Robbins, Taco Bell). Representative York will also be joined by other state, county and city officials who will give comments to the public before May performs & accepts her recognition.
