LOS ANGELES — Triple Tigers Records’ multi-platinum recording artist Russell Dickerson has tapped award-winning country group, Lady A, to release a brand new version of Dickerson’s hit song “Home Sweet.” Out today, alongside a video component, the reimagined track employs the vocal and musical stylings of Lady A in a collaboration that breathes new life into the fan favorite. The most-added song to country radio at the time of its release, “Home Sweet” exploded onto airwaves as one of the lead singles off Dickerson’s recent sophomore album, Southern Symphony.
Last Week, Dickerson announced his upcoming headlining tour, “All Yours, All Night” Tour, which goes onsale today and is set to kick off in early 2022. The newest track also follows Dickerson’s recent release of “She Likes It” earlier this month, a cross-genre collaboration with singer-songwriter Jake Scott.
“I wrote this song with Charles from Lady A so bringing them in on this song felt so natural,” says Dickerson. “Hillary, Charles and Dave’s legendary voices take this song to an incredible new level!”
“When we wrote this back in 2018, we had no idea it would go on to become Russell’s life in words,” Charles Kelley said. “Shortly after we wrote this, he did become a Dad and move into his first home with his wife. I’m grateful to be a small part of such a personal song and message from Russell.”
