BREAKOUT BAND ALSO TAPPED TO JOIN THE ECLECTIC LINEUP AT BONNAROO MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL

Nashville, Tenn. – Arista Nashville’s breakout band LANCO will make their national television debut on Monday, April 17th on NBC’s Today performing their new single “Greatest Love Story.” With over 10 million streams and early indicators of a firebrand hit, “Greatest Love Story” showcases the band’s signature “country roots with a rock edge” (Billboard) and leads their debut album expected later this year, produced by Jay Joyce.

“When I wrote this song, I was only thinking about telling my story and hopefully finding some fans who would understand it and hear their own story in it,” explains lead singer and the band’s namesake Brandon Lancaster.  “Performing it on an iconic show like TODAY never even crossed my mind.  This is a huge deal for me as a songwriter and for us as a band…it’s a bucket list moment we’ll always remember.”

After a hectic 12 months crisscrossing the country in an RV to perform at festivals ranging from the all genre Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits to country staples Watershed and Faster Horses, the band of friends revealed last week that they will join the lineup at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee on June 9th.    Known for their electric live show, the Arizona Republic concluded this week, “I wouldn’t wish following Lanco on anyone.”
