*Now Available for Pre-Save*
Perfect timing for a crankin’ summertime release, Lia Caton struts her stuff like a country Pat Benatar with her latest sassy offering Trouble. The sexy, upbeat track encourages throwing caution to the wind and letting the sparks fly. Fans can pre-save the track releasing this Friday, July 1 by clicking here.
“This song is about just letting go and having fun,” says Lia. “After being cooped up during covid, I think everyone wants to get out and meet people and forget their troubles, while maybe getting into a little trouble along the way.”
Produced by Sean Giovanni (John Legend, Tim McGraw, Big & Rich), Trouble serves as the fifth preview track from her forthcoming album titled Someone Like You.
This single truly makes you want to let go and have your heart take the reins. From the chorus to the bridge, listeners will feel the buildup to release all inhibitions.
Here’s a preview for some lyrics from “Trouble”
My hearts got its rules but tonight I’ll forget ‘em
Yeah I’ll take that drink and just go with it
I wanna let the sparks fly
Wanna take it for a ride
Hit the gas, kick it back
And just keep going
Lia broke out onto scene with her 2021 single “Hell or High Water”. The release would become the first of two releases to land on the official Academy of Country Music’s New Music Friday playlist putting her in the company of artists like Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert & Dolly Parton. The song was also recently nominated for “Female Country Single of the Year” for the 8th Annual Josie Music Awards, where Lia also scored a nomination in the category for “Vocalist of the Year”. Last month, Lia appeared on Center Stage Live showcasing her releases in a simulcast across social sites like RFD-TV, CDX and many others.
