NASHVILLE, TN – Jay Buchanan of Rival Sons joins LR Baggs, releasing two acoustic videos to the 2018 Americana Sessions. “All That I Want” and “Feel Better” veer from the hard rock we all know and love and showcase Buchanan’s yearning, soulful lyricism.
Rival Sons are set to release their sixth full-length record, Feral Roots, January 25, 2019. The new album was produced by Grammy winner Dave Cobb at studios in Nashville, Tennessee, and Muscle Shoals, Alabama. “Feral Roots”, the title track drop, follows the previously released rootsy-rock “Back in the Woods” and “Do Your Worst”, which cracked the Top 20 on mainstream rock radio.
Filmed at the LR Baggs Soundcheck Office in Nashville, TN, in collaboration with Guild Guitars, during the 2018 Americana Festival, the Americana Sessions have previously featured Buxton, John R. Miller, Kelsey Waldon, Molly Tuttle, Lera Lynn, and Chance McCoy.
