Hosted by Nash-FM’s Kelly Ford at The Factory at Franklin
Nashville, Tenn. – Country recording artists Lucy Angel, Fiona Culley, Clark Hill, Terra Bella, and more will attend Agape Animal Rescue’s third annual Agape Animal Ball at the historic Factory at Franklin on October 28th from 7-11 p.m. to bring Middle Tennessee a night of elegance, mystery and making a difference.
“We couldn’t be more proud in the amount of growth that this annual event has acquired and we’re thrilled to welcome some of Nashville’s greatest rising talent and animal lovers too,” said Tanya Willis, founder and executive director of Agape Animal Rescue.
The formal masquerade is held annually in support of the organization’s rescue and foster canines. Hosted by national radio personality Kelly Ford of Ty, Kelly, & Chuck, the fanciful evening will feature dinner by Hadley’s Catering with drinks provided by presenting sponsor Tito’s Handmade Vodka as well as local Yazoo Brewery. The event’s festivities will include live music from the highly-acclaimed 12 South Band, dancing, acrobatic/cirque entertainment, carnival games, as well as live and silent auctions. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet (and hopefully fall in love with) some of Agape’s most fashionable adoptees.
“Agape Animal Ball is a night to dress to impress, let loose, bid on luxury auction items, and raise a cocktail in the air to celebrate the fact that more than 1,300 dogs are happy members of loving families because of Agape’s rescue and foster programs,” added Willis.
Agape Animal Rescue, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2004, is dedicated to finding forever homes for abandoned and displaced dogs while educating the public to become more responsible pet owners. The Agape Animal Ball was introduced as a dream benefit idea by a longtime Agape volunteer in 2013. The event came into fruition that year and returned in 2016 where it developed into the organizations most supportive fundraiser in Agape’s thirteen-year history. Now with the support of corporate and local sponsorships, the Animal Ball remains crucial as it typically raises enough funds for numerous months of animal healthcare and nutrition.
