Nashville, Tenn. – Columbia Nashville’s breakout star, Maren Morris, follows the smoldering performance of her new single “80s Mercedes” on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Monday (WATCH) with the announcement of her collaboration with online home furnishings and décor site, Wayfair.
Morris partnered with Wayfair and Nashville interior designer, Lori Paranjape, for a total redesign of her East Nashville backyard and corresponding curated décor shop, available now through August 22nd on Wayfair.com. Starting with the blank canvas of a sparse backyard, Morris and Paranjape worked together to create three outdoor living vignettes – a patio dining space, fire pit lounge and cabana area. Morris’ goal was to create an inviting space to entertain friends on breaks from her busy touring schedule. Following Morris’ direction of her style as eclectic with splashes of modern and glam, Paranjape anchored the space with cool colors and metallic accents. An iron chandelier hanging from the large oak tree in Morris’ backyard creates a warm ambiance around the fire pit area – Morris’ must-have space in the makeover.
