NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Powerhouse vocalist and Season 22 of NBC’s “The Voice” finalist, Morgan Myles “is making the song that changed the course of her career her own” (People.com) with the release of her version of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” and video. “Hallelujah” is the song that Myles auditioned for on “The Voice,” prompting all four judges to turn their chairs, which began her unforgettable journey on season 22 of the series. As a member of superstar Camilla Cabello’s team Myles made it all the way to the finals. Since her time on the show, Myles earned another career milestone when she made her debut on the Grand Ole Opry.
“Bottom line, ‘Hallelujah’ is my all-time favorite written song. It means something different to everyone on such a deeply emotional level,” Myles, tells People.com. “You have to have experienced deep heartbreak and loss in your life to be able to deliver it in a genuine way. It was an honor to share my rendition for America and brought me to tears with the response it had on so many people, it’s why I absolutely love what I do.”
