Charles Esten’s music career has taken off in a way that even he could never have seen coming, thanks to his adored character Deacon Claybourne on the show NASHVILLE. Fans worldwide have been waiting for an EP of original material from Esten, who released a single “Hot One” last summer, and Esten has never ruled the possibility out.
Until now.
But don’t get all stressed out just yet! Esten has an even bigger plan than just one EP or album. On July 1, and appropriately on #FreakinDeaconFriday while with his dog Blue, he rolled out that plan on his Facebook page:
Yes, you heard right. Esten will be releasing a new single EVERY FRIDAY “for as long as it makes sense.”
His first single, “Through the Blue,” will be released on July 15.
