Paulina Jayne “Sets Listeners Free” with “Piercing” Sophomore Project

Country artist Paulina Jayne’s sophomore EP is now available on all platforms. The much anticipated release follows the debut of her single, Love’s Gonna Always Win , which is one of the five songs featured on her self-titled EP. The Detroit native recently finished recording the project under the direction of Emmy award-winning songwriter Trey Bruce, who produced the album and co-wrote the single, Love’s Gonna Always Win with Jayne and Hailey Steele.

Jayne recently received MusicRow’s coveted DISCovery award for the single from industry tastemaker, Robert K. Oermann. Oermann states, “The atmosphere in this production is heavenly. Her vocal is a piercing arrow of truth. From the lyric to the searing lead guitar, from the pulsing tempo to her soprano swoops, this record has an audio delight around every corner. The layered, multi-voiced finale crescendo will set you free.”

The project follows her first EP, Girl Who Would be King, released during her junior year in high school. Jayne is proud of her previous efforts, but excited to lay the groundwork for a fresh sound and vision that gives listeners a look at the world through her eyes. “This EP features some of my favorite work,” says Jayne proudly. “From songs about heartbreak to female empowerment, it explores who I am and the real-life issues we all face.”
