“Caleb is an exciting talent. He attacks his craft as a songwriter, producer, and artist. He’s got it all covered,” said Michael Knox.

“Signing a publishing deal as a writer and producer in Nashville is truly one of my biggest dreams come true. I honestly don’t have the words to tell you how I feel and as surreal as it is—it feels even better knowing the team I’m with now truly has my back,” said Caleb Lovely.

“Caleb Lovely has so many talents it’s hard to pick a favorite,” said Michael Dulaney. “He’s a gifted songwriter, artist, producer, and musician. I am so thankful to have the chance to work with him and so thankful that Michael Knox and peermusic immediately recognized his world-class potential. Wait until you witness what has somehow been kept hidden in a studio in Franklin, Tennessee!”

Caleb Lovely is a singer, songwriter, producer and self-taught multi-instrumentalist who has been playing music since the age of eleven. From performing on stages all over the US, Caleb’s winding journey of ten-plus years in music is paying off. He writes songs from his heart, his production skills are undeniable,  and his musicianship and guitar playing are world-class leading him to land some big name cuts. Most recently, Caleb’s cut “Livin’ Man” was recorded by Jimmie Allen, Neon Union on Bettie James Gold Edition.

Under the leadership of Kathy Spanberger and Michael Knox, peermusic has developed into one of Nashville’s top publishing operations, and for the third consecutive year peermusic was named one of Billboard’s Top 10 Hot Country Songs Publishing Corporations. Michael Knox was also just named to Billboard’s Country Power Players for the second consecutive year.

Since it was founded almost 100 years ago, peermusic has remained deeply committed to country songwriters and their music. peermusic founder Ralph S. Peer helped launch the career of many early American music icons while also introducing blues, folk and country music to a global audience. Peer was the executive producer of Mamie Smith’s “Crazy Blues” (considered by many to be the first blues record), James P. Johnson’s “Carolina Shout” (among the first jazz piano solo recordings) and Fiddlin’ John Carson’s “The Little Old Log Cabin In The Lane” (the first country record released). Peer also produced the 1927 Bristol Sessions, considered the “Big Bang” of country music, where he discovered country legends Jimmie Rodgers and The Carter Family.
