Site Goes Down After Headliners Announced
Nashville, Tennessee – FOX News announced the 5th Annual Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam headliners Jason Aldean, Little Big Town and Luke Bryan Tuesday (3/21) morning. iHeartRadio then broke the news on multiple radio stations. RollingStone.com, CMT and numerous other industry and fan outlets joined in spreading the news. Then the unthinkable happened…the www.GulfCoastJam.com website crashed – the first time in the event’s five year history.
“As soon as news of these amazing headliners broke, we started watching traffic on the site increase,” said Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam Executive Producer Rendy Lovelady. “Our ‘Jammers’ were checking out everything, and all of a sudden, boom, it crashed! It was down for several hours before our guys got it back up and running.”
Technical experts have assured organizers the beefed up site will be able to handle increased volume, when tickets for the three-day Country Music extravaganza go on sale Sunday, April 2.
The Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam is set for September 1-3, 2017 at Frank Brown Park in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. A variety of tickets will be available, including the new VIP Pit Experience, VIP Pit Golden Circle, VIP Side Stage, Skybox and General Admission. There will also be a specially priced Military ticket and an early entry option. Information on purchasing tickets, Preferred Lodging Packages and more can be found here.
Music begins each day at 2:30pm, so festival goers can spend the morning hanging out at the fourth and biggest headliner – the beach. Fans can also grab lunch at one of Panama City Beach’s wonderful restaurants or check out other area attractions before heading to the concert grounds for an afternoon and evening of entertainment.
